Oscar Belmonte
Oscar Belmonte Fernández is Doctor in Physics from the University of Valencia in 1992.
He is currently a university professor at the Universitat Jaume I in Castellón, where he teaches the subjects of “Advanced Programming” and “Software Engineering Workshop”. From the 2007/2008 academic year to the 2013/2014 academic year, he taught the subjects of “Programming” and “Computer Graphics and Terrain Models” in the Master’s Degree in Geospatial Technologies within the Erasmus Mundus program of the European Commission. He currently teaches the subject “Web development”
He has participated in national and European research projects, and led national and regional projects.
As a complement, he has a great interest in Java technologies, has published an article on the subject, and from 2007 to 2010 he organized the UJI Java Programmers Meeting (encuentrosjava.uji.es).
