As a researcher hired by the National Center for Scientific Research and the University of Havana, I have carried out work in the field of spatial characterization of laser beams with spectral widths of the order of tens of nanometers and their applications in the development of devices for surgery. The current lines of research are linked to the study of ultrafast optics and microstructured beams used in the field of nonlinear microscopy and microprocessing of materials with lasers. The results obtained are summarized in some 50 scientific publications and more than 100 papers presented at conferences inside and outside Spain.
