The Talent Promotion Program and the Program for the Valuation and Transfer of research results to companies is one of the actions of the Valencian Agency for Innovation (AVI) which aims to empower the different agents of the Valencian Innovation System (SVI ). Framed in this action is the INNOAGENTS program, an action that seeks the training of the different beneficiaries of the initiatives framed in the aforementioned context.
The first actions of the program consisted of days of a couple of days where professionals and experts in the field of transfer provided training to the different agents, at the same time that an environment of dynamism was built where the interaction between them allowed the construction of a network of people capable of connecting the different SVI agents. However, due to the impact of COVID, the final part of these sessions is being carried out telematically.
These telematic conferences, held on Thursdays, are having the participation of different agents such as CSIC, UPV, UMH, RedTransfer (association organizing the program), as well as different private entities and technology parks that contribute their perspective to the world of technology transfer and innovation.
The INIT, through its figure of the Innovation Agent, has been present at all the conferences, trying to absorb as much content and contacts as possible while contributing the institute’s perspective to the network.
