New Doctor in INIT: Miguel Matey
We are pleased to announce that INIT has a new doctor in its team. Last October 30, 2024, Miguel Matey successfully defended his PhD thesis entitled:
“Human activity recognition with consumer devices and real-life perspectives”.
This research, presented at the Vicent Martínez Guzmán Thesis Hall of the Universitat Jaume I, opens new doors to the analysis of human activity through accessible technology, with a great projection for applications in everyday environments.
From INIT, we congratulate Miguel Matey for this great achievement and we are excited about the contributions that will undoubtedly enrich our commitment to innovation and applied research.
